A La Carte Real Estate Company--Who We Are
A La Carte Real Estate was created in 2001 in response to increased demand by sophisticated sellers for alternatives to the standard ‘one size fits all’ option traditionally offered by Real Estate Brokers to Sellers. Traditionally, Sellers are offered a package of services selected by the Broker regardless of the Seller’s desires or needs and are charged standard commissions regardless of the sales price. Services may be eliminated but usually at no cost savings to the Seller. A La Carte has a basic belief that a Seller should only pay for the services desired and should be offered cost options accordingly. You pay only for the services you need, when you need them.
